On Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., we invite you to join Arise Collective Board and Staff, as well as many others in our community, at the Marbles Kids Museum (located at 201 E. Hargett Street, Raleigh) for A Cause for Celebration 2024. This live event celebrates the resilience of currently and formerly incarcerated women and raises critical funds to support their reentry into our community. We will host 200 guests for a reception and dinner, powerful stories, and the 5th Annual Hope Awards Ceremony honoring three leaders in our community. This year’s event focuses on "Reconnection," honoring justice-involved women and their families. Together, we will celebrate the tremendous efforts of the women we serve to overcome incarceration's impact on them and their loved ones. This reconnection, as well as their roles in a healthy community, is at the core of our organization's mission. Now in our 44th year, Arise Collective provides chaplaincy services, transition education, and vital housing and reentry support to women from the North Carolina Correctional Institute for Women (NCCIW) and beyond. Your ticket purchase helps justice-involved women reconnect with their essential relationships and commit to "never going back."
